Approval The followning is a translation of the Approval given to Narconon Denmark by the Local County: Approval. The County of Vestsjælland has approved the center Narconon Denmark, Åmosevej 73, Skellingsted, 4440 Mørkøv as rehabilitation center as pr. the socialservice law § 94a. jf. § 91 og 93. The approval is given on the following terms: The rehabilitation center address is Åmosevej 73, Skellingsted, 4440 Mørkøv. The approval is given for the building inspected by the County. Change of address can't happen without prior approval from the County. The daily director is Ole Thiemer. The rehabilitation center is approved for 8 persons at the age 18 and on up. The aimed group is grownups over 18 years old with a drugaddiction. The Vestsjælland County is notified in writing in hiring and dismissal of staff. The Vestsjælland County is notified in writing about enrolment and discharge of persons in rehabilitation. The rehabilitation center can for the year 2002 be approved with a 29.000,- dkr. payment ex. room and board. Payment can't be claimed beyond the amount set by the County without prior agreement with the County. The rehabilitation center hand in budget and balance sheets. The budget needs to be at the County atleast 3 month prior to the comming budget year. The balance sheets needs to be at the County latest 4 month after the end of the balance sheet years. It is the County of the person in rehabilitation, who has the inspection duty with regards to this person. The Vestsjællands County has the overall inspection duty and should at anytime have the posibility to visit and access to talk to the persons in rehabilitation and the staffs. It has to be noted that the rehabilitationcenter is comprised by the rules layed down in the administration management law and the publiclaw pr. § 43 part 2 law about justicesafty and administration with regards to the social area. The rehabilitation center is subject to the law regarding force refering to the rules earlier laied down. Should it occure that any kind of force is used the County should be informed in writing and very soon after the incidence. With regards Bent
